In celebration of National Small Business Week join us for our free virtual Lunch & Learn Series! Join us for Workplace Safety: Culture of Safety vs. Safety Culture and the Normalization of Deviance with Greg Landon, owner of Scorpio Safety Solution.  This session will cover understanding the difference between a Culture of Safety and a Safety Culture and the normalization of deviance concept is just as important as having OSHA-compliant policies and procedures, and will help your organization attract and retain workers.

All sessions are planned for about 45 minutes; perfect for your lunch break!  There will be time for questions and answers and opportunity to follow up with futher conversation if needed.
