In celebration of National Small Business Week join us for our free virtual Lunch & Learn Series! Join us for Upgrade your Business Strategy for 2023 with the Adirondack Economic Development Corporation (AEDC).  Join Steven Garneau, AEDC’s Loan Program Manager in a talk about how to prep your business for 2023 and beyond. He will raise awareness of the significance of changes in the marketplace, buying habits, preferences, and shifting priorities to address in a new business or pivoting business plan.

The Adirondack Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) is a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that serves small businesses across the North Country region, head quartered in Saranac Lake. AEDC provides microlending to small businesses, and business counseling, planning and trainings at no cost.

All sessions are planned for about 45 minutes; perfect for your lunch break!  There will be time for questions and answers and opportunity to follow up with futher conversation if needed.
