Join the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce for our third Thursday of the month coffee hour at Early Dawn Confections.  

This month we welcome guest speaker Victory Duley, Executive Director of the Adirondack Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), to talk with us about the Adirondack Small Business Opportunity Fund.  This fund provides low barrier financing for small businesses in the Adirondack North Country Region and will help grow businesses in the Adirondack region by increasing the ability of AEDC to make loans to small businesses with greater flexibility. 

Victoria has been Executive Director at AEDC since March 2019. She has held senior leadership positions in economic development, planning, higher education and research for more than 20 years.  She has worked in both the private and public sectors, including serving as the Dean of Research and Planning at Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, NY before returning to the economic development field. She serves on the NY State Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) and its workforce development and grant review committees.
