Cocktail Hour 6pm-7pm, Plated Dinner begins at 7pm and includes salad, entree, & dessert

Rosemary Chicken - seared airline chicken breast, melted leeks, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and rosemary pan jus
Smoked Pork Tenderloin - chili rubbed and smoked pork tenderloin, masked potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and almond romesco sauce
Vegetarian Entree - Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Romesco and Corn Salsa
