Light up the Town

December 15th - January 1st

Enjoy the magnificent lights throughout Saranac Lake and Surrounding Areas!

Trim your home or business with your best decorations to show off your seasonal spirit while creating a festive and fun destination for locals and visitors. Enjoy some light-hearted competition; winners will receive great prizes and of course bragging rights for the entire year!  Prizes will be awarded for Best Business, Residential Extravagant, and Residential Classic.  All entries have the option to receive $50 in free power from our sponsor Northern Power and Light!  

Best Business: Light up the Town Trophy & SLA Chamber of Commerce Membership  

Residential Extravagant:  $100 Gift Certificate to a Local Business 

Residential Classic:  $100 Gift Certificate to a Local Business

Voting is done by the community. 

Register by December 12th ($15 entry fee) to be listed on the map and entered into the contest.   (Registration Closed)

Map will be used by the community and visitors for viewing and voting from December 15th to January 1st.

Event area includes Saranac Lake, and the surrounding areas, so if you live in a nearby town you are encouraged to participate!

Entry fee is $15 and includes contest entry and map placement.  Proceeds support Chamber initiatives including business support and community events.
